Locate the Remote for the TV and/or the Projector and power on the device you will be using.
This connection can be used for TV and Projector.
Use your laptop or device to connect to the wireless adapter shown above.
Connect the HDMI connection to the HDMI port on your device.
For Power to the wireless adapter, If you have a USB port on your device connect the USB cable to your device to power the adapter. Otherwise you will need to use the USB Power adapter to power the wireless adapter.
Once connected using the TV/Projector remote, select the HDMI 3 input for the TV and/or the HDMI 2 input on the Projector.
TV
Use one of the HDMI cables to connect your device to the port labeled TV on the wall.
Use the TV remote to select input 1 on the TV.
Projector
Use one of the HDMI cables to connect your device to the port labeled PRJ on the wall.
Use the Projector remote to select input HDMI 1 on the Projector.
The 2 adapters to the top left can be used to connect an iPhone, iPad, Android phone or Tablet to the Room HDMI connections.
Check to see what type of connection your device has.
iPhone Lightning connection as seen to the left. You will need to use the white adapter.
Connect the white adapter to your iPhone or iPad
Connect the HDMI cable to the adapter HDMI port
Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the appropriate HDMI connection for the device you wish to use.(see the Connection Setup section for the device)
USB-C connection as seen to the left. You will need to use the Anker adapter.
Connect the Anker adapter to your phone or tablet
Connect the HDMI cable to the adapter HDMI port
Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the appropriate HDMI connection for the device you wish to use.(see the Connection Setup section for the device)
Pictured are the 3 microphone options for the room
Each microphone has 1 button for power and mute.
long pressing the power button will turn the microphone on or off
quick pressing the power button while the microphone is on will mute the microphone
The Microphone volume can be adjusted via the volume controls on the wall near the TV
The Room Sound is split into 2 zones LEFT and Right
The zones are controlled independently
The left/Rear side of the room is controlled via the left volume control
The Right/Front side of the room is controlled via the right volume control
On the device you will use to play sound to the room, go to Bluetooth, search for devices and connect to the "ROCK MATRIX 4", when connected you will hear an audible ding
If you will be using the computer in the Conference room and you have your presentation on a USB drive
Connect your USB drive to the port labeled PC USB2
Make sure the TV is on HDMI 2
You can then use the Keyboard and mouse located in the room to access the USB drive
Select the Folder icon located on the task bar
Select this PC
you should then see your drive listed, double click the drive and open you presentation
